Symptom

  • A procedure having SELECT INTO a temp table having UNION ALL
  • Encrypted columns could result in wrong data in the target table
  • Msg 15417, Level 18, State 1:
    Server 'ASE', Procedure 'seven_sp', Line 10:
    An internal error occurred during a decryption operation (error code 57629).
