2315762 - How to customize "Thanks for Applying" message in RCM Career Sites

This KBA describes how to customize the message an applicant receives when applying for a position on an RCM Career Site

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management - RCM

1. An applicant applies for a job via the RCM Career Site
2. A "Thanks for applying" message is displayed
3. You would like to customize the message the applicant receives

The message can be customized for Internal and/or External Career Sites by following these steps:

1. Login to SuccessFactors as an Admin
2. Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Recruiting Settings
3. You can either keep the "Default message" or change to "Custom message"
4. Select "Custom Message" and an HTML editor appears
5. Add in your custom message and Save
