2315952 - HCI-DS calling C4C Web Service function throws error about XML element not being present in the provided XML format.

Symptom

  • You are calling a C4C Web Service function call in HCI-DS and getting an error similar to:
    An element named <FormattedAddress> present in the XML data input does not exist in the XML format used to set up this XML source in data flow <testDataflow>. Validate your XML data.
  • The SOAP response shows the element appear twice (child-parent) when Web Service function is called in SOAPUI:
