Pending Requests option is not showing

On selecting "Take Action" the Pending Requests tab is missing.

The user is missing a required permission.

• In order to see the "Pending Request" tab from take action, you need to provide permission to the "Pending Requests" tab from "Employee Views" in Permission Roles:
  
   
• Alternatively you can view the pending requests from the quick card and My Info Tile:
  Via Quick Card
  Use People Search and open the Quickcard of the user and select Take Action > now you can find the Pending Request link:
  
  
  Via My Info Tile
  Navigate to the "Home" page, locate the "My Info" tile and click the cog wheel in the upper right corner of the tile
  
  Then you will find it in the list of actions
  

 

• If the Permission Employees Views> Pending Requests is missing, this can be resolved by enabling the "pendingapprovals" tab in Manage Business Configuration or the Data Model. 
  Manage Business Configuration: 
  - Under the section "Employee Profile" select the option "Tab Elements".
  - Add  new tab element "pendingapprovals"
  - Save changes
  Succession Data Model:
  - Add the following tab to the Succession Data Model:
