2315996 - ServiceException No tag <Verschluesselung> with ELSTER_EXT package in SAP Business Connector 4.8

Symptom

The ELSTER_EXT package released in 2016 fails with message "No tag <Verschluesselung>" in SAP Business Connector 4.8.

In <sapbc48>/server/logs/error.log file the full stack trace is logged:

com.wm.app.b2b.server.ServiceException: No tag <Verschluesselung>
at sap.elster.send(elster.java:630)
at sun.reflect.GeneratedMethodAccessor7.invoke(Unknown Source)
at sun.reflect.DelegatingMethodAccessorImpl.invoke(DelegatingMethodAccessorImpl.java:25)
at java.lang.reflect.Method.invoke(Method.java:585)
