2316210 - SNOTE transaction: Error : "Unable to deimplement or reset to original see long test- Message no. SCWN027"

In SNOTE transaction , there are notes which are in either status "incompletely implemented" or "obsolete version implemented".

When an attempt is made to deimplement the note or implement the latest version, the following error appears on the screen:

"Unable to deimplement or reset to original, 

see long test- Message no. SCWN027"
