1. Function of "Top Jobs":
   
   "Top Jobs": The Top Jobs page contains system generated pages that correspond to the top job searches that directed users to the career site.
   
   
   
2. Function of "View all Jobs":
   

   "View all Jobs": The View All Jobs page contains a complete listing of all category pages. (URL ends with /viewalljobs/)
   
   Note, the page cannot be customized or display all jobs directly without categories first.
   Job listings category pages are displayed in the order they were created in Career Site Builder. It is not possible to have them listed alphabetically instead.

4. Impact of removing these links:
   
   These two pages were used for SEO purposes (Search Engine Optimization). The additions of extra links increased the ranking of the site in search engines.
   Hiding one of these links would impact the SEO strategy. 

Important note :
There have been changes to the search results prioritization algorithm of search providers such as Google, Bing, etc. . These extra links are no longer recognized as a reason to improve search ranking by search providers, so the feature no longer improves the site's SEO.

As a result, and after an internal review, it was decided that the Top Jobs page along with the View all jobs page which worked in the same way by listing all category pages, would be deprecated with an upcoming release.
More information will be provided in the deprecation topic of the What's new viewer before the corresponding release.

Until deprecation and complete removal from the User Interface, the features are in an unsupported state which means issues are no longer be investigated and no enhancement requests considered.

We would advise you to disable these features as they no longer offer any benefit.
