2316567 - Software Update Manager (SUM) 1.0 SP16 does not recognize SAPJVM for patch update scenarios

You are using the "Manually prepeared Download Directory" option in SUM 1.0 SP16 to apply a single patch of SAPJVM.
Software Update MAnager (SUM) however rejects the valid patch of SAPJVM and does not recognize it.

The <Path to SUM>/SUM/sdt/htdoc/TargetVersionReport.html shows the below information:
