Symptom

The following errors are visible in the System Log (SM21) for the user SM_EFWK:

 

DIA 021 100 SM_EFWK BY 2 Datenbankfehler 1017 beim CON aufgetreten
DIA 021 100 SM_EFWK BY 0 > con=1(<DB hostname>:1527/<SID>): ORA-01017: invalid
DIA 021 100 SM_EFWK BY 0 > username/password; logon denied
