2317270 - Tomcat 8 not starting post upgrade to SAP Business Intelligence BI Platform 4.X

• After upgrading SAP Business Intelligence BI Platform from 4.1 (Versions on which Tomcat 7 or below are present)to 4.2 SPX or BI 4.1 SP 10 (where TOMCAT get upgraded to version 8), Tomcat doesn't start.
• Windows: Here are the errors received in stderr.log:
