2317335 - Name Format support in Employee Profile and User Directory - Employee Profile

Symptom

People Profile and Employee Directory now reflect the name format you have configured in Employee Central.
Name formats can vary from country to country and, if you are using Employee Central, you can configure a different name format for different locations. Previously, the configured name format was only displayed in the employee’s Personal Information record. Now, the same name format appears in the People Profile page header and in Directory Search results.
