2317354 - Error Message: 'Action CLOSE not Possible; Action is Disabled' While Setting the Campaign to Finished

You are trying to set the status of a Campaign to Finished, but you are getting the below error:

'Action CLOSE not possible; action is disabled'

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Sales Campaign work center.
2. Select the Campaigns view.
3. Select any Campaign.
4. Click the gear wheel icon and set it as Finished.

The cause for this issue is that the Campaign is Active but not Scheduled and was never executed.

To mark the Campaign as Finished is possible only for executed Campaigns. You should revoke the activation and execute the Campaign again to get a Finished Campaign.
