SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

Prerequisites:

You have a BIRT report. The creation of BIRT reports require engaging a Certified Partner partner. If you do not have a Certified Partner, you can look for one using SAP Professional Services / SAP Certified Partner / SAP Account Management Team [SuccessFactors Cloud].

Steps

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Form Template Settings
   
2. Select a performance form template
   
3. Ensure Disable Page Setup button is NOT checked. By default, Enable Custom Layout Printing is greyed out.
   
   
   
   
4. Click the Manage Custom Layout... button
5. In the next screen, browse to locate the Custom Layout Filename which is a BIRT file (.rptdesign).
   
6. Click Upload Custom Layout:
