2317539 - Collation error when upgrading to SP06

Symptom

When upgrading to DM 10.1 SP06, we get the following error:

There was a SQL scripting error at line 2607. Aborting the setup.
Error 27506. Error executing SQL script UpdateScript_10.1_SP06.sql. Line 2607. Cannot resolve the collation conflict between "SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS" and "Latin1_General_CI_AS" in the equal to operation. (468)
