2317543 - File Upload to SFTP Server Failed Due to Hung AJAX Request

Uploading to the SFTP server fails.
Error: "Failed to upload [file_name] due to a hung AJAX request. Try a different browser to fix it."

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Log in to SFTP server
2. Upload the file
3. Observe the error message:
   "Failed to upload Final.zip due to a hung AJAX request. Using a different browser should resolve the problem."

The upload failed because the server timeout set for file upload is 240000ms (millisecond), and this fileUploadWidgetAjaxTimeout:240000 is for enhanced security so cannot be modified.

It is recommended to upload files using Filezilla or other SFTP client, since the web client can handle only smaller file sizes.

If the upload still fails via the SFTP client, then open a Support case with the full screenshot of the error page for further investigation.
