Symptom
When a user is logged on the WebClient User Interface and closes the browser, then following symptoms might occur:
- When opening it again the user gets an error from browser that the page cannot be displayed or gets error 500 pointing to SM21.
- The backend user session and the corresponding "Plugin HTTP" sessions in SM04 are not removed properly but still kept for some time.
- If the user tries to edit the same transaction again, it shows error "Transaction XXX is being processed by user YYY"(CRM_ORDER013) because there are locks in SM12.
- On Refresh old data are shown instead of a new session.
