Symptom

When a user is logged on the WebClient User Interface and closes the browser, then following symptoms might occur:

  • When opening it again the user gets an error from browser that the page cannot be displayed or gets error 500 pointing to SM21.
  • The backend user session and the corresponding "Plugin HTTP" sessions in SM04 are not removed properly but still kept for some time.
