We could not  to see "Manage" Link on Custom MDF Portlet for seeing historical data for the MDF Object

Step 1:　

1. Navigate to the Admin Center.　
2. In the Tools search field, type  Manage Permission Roles.
3. Choose a permission role.　
4. On the Permission Role Detail page, click Permission… Under User Permissions,
5. click Miscellaneous Permissions.　
6. Configure the View, Correct, Create, Adjust Order, and Delete permissions as needed.

 

 

Step 2:

1. Navigate to the Admin Center.　
2. In the Tools search field, type  Manage Permission Roles.
3. Choose a permission role.　
4. On the Permission Role Detail page, click Permission… Under Administrator Permission,
5. Click Miscellaneous Permissions.　
6. select Metadata Framework and enable Read/Write Permission on Metadata Framework as seen below

• MDF: Metadata Framework
• RBP: Role Based Permissions
• Manage" Link
