2317724 - Restrict admins from adding new locale in SAP SuccessFactors Learning

• Since the 1605 release, admins can add locales by searching and adding them from References.

• In some scenarios, super admins may not want other admins to have the ability to add locales.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Login to LMS Administration
2. Navigate to References--> Geography--> Locales
3. Click on Add New and Search for the locale
4. Select and Save

1. Login to LMS Admin.

2. Navigate to System Admin → Security Roles.

3. Search for the role that needs modification.

4. Remove the workflow 'Add Active Locale' from the selected role.

5. Save the changes.

After this change, admins assigned to the updated role will not be able to add new locales.
