How do we change the calendar format from Monday-Sunday to Sunday-Saturday?

Reproducing the Issue
When applying for leaves, the calendar is showing as Monday-Sunday format instead of Sunday-Saturday.
Cause
The start day of the week is controlled by the language of the logged in user.
If the language of the logged in user is English UK, then the start day of the week in the calendar will be Monday.
Resolution
Change the language of the logged in user from English UK to English US from Options > Change Language. This will result in the start day of the calendar being Sunday.
