2318019 - HCP Mobile Services has a 15 character limitation for user passwords

• When an administrator configures an application connection on HCP Mobile Services a username/password combination is created.  The password field has a 15 character limitation.
  Any connection will fail to be created if the entered password is over 15 characters.  The error is:
