2318026 - JMS receiver channle fails to set up SSL connection to queue manager

Symptom

A JMS receiver communication channel is in error status, with an error like below in the Channel Monitor:

" Error creating JMS connection. The JMS provider gave the error message as JMSWMQ0018: Failed to connect to queue manager 'AL510006' with connection mode 'Client' and host name '<IP Address>'. JMSCMQ0001: WebSphere MQ call failed with compcode '2' ('MQCC_FAILED') reason '2397' ('MQRC_JSSE_ERROR')., and the error code as JMSWMQ0018. "
