2318459 - Completion Status is not available to in Drop down when Record Learning - LMS

Trying to record Completion Status for a Scheduled Offering and that Completion drop-down has nothing in it.

SuccessFactors Learning Management System

Navigate to Users->Tools->Record Learning->Select an Item/Schedule Offering to Record Learn and click on Next.

In the Completion drop down, there is nothing that appears as per the screen shot below.

 

The cause is that there is no Completion Status associated with the Item Type of that particluar Item .

The resolution would be to add a completion status under References for that particular Item Type .

References->Learning->Completion Status->Add new and add the Completion status for that particluar Item Type with a Credit given status and another one for a Not for credit status.

After adding this, when Record learning, the Completion status would appear in the drop down as expected
