2318459 - Completion Status is not available in Drop down while adding learning history for items- LMS

While adding learning history, Completion Status for an Item/Class is not avaialble and the Completion drop-down is blank.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Navigate to Manage User Learning -> Add Learning History for Multiple Courses -> Select an Item/Class and User(s) to Add to Learning History and click on Next.

In the Completion drop down, there is nothing that appears as per the screen shot below.

 

The cause is that there is no Completion Status associated with the Item Type of that particluar Item .

The resolution would be to add a completion status under References for that particular Item Type .

References-> Manage Users Learning->Completion Status->Add new and add the Completion status for that particluar Item Type with a Credit given status and another one for a Not-for-credit status.

After adding this, when trying to add learning history for items/classes, the Completion status would appear in the drop down as expected
