The help text for SOLMAN_SETUP > ITSM > Step 6 > Define Inbox profiles is not correct in this part:
You can define which quick searches are available.
If you define a quick search as the default search, the system performs this quick search when a user opens the inbox the first time during a session.
You can define quick searches in the SAPGUI, on the SAP Easy Access screen under Interaction Center -> Interaction Center WebClient -> Administration -> Agent Inbox -> Define Quick Searches"
It references a node in the SAP Easy Access Menu that does not exist unless you get open the SAP Easy Access Menu for Customer Relationship Management.
