2318853 - Withdraw Reason available for the user when Withdrawing from the Class - LMS

Withdraw Reasons can be used by the users when withdrawing from the Class.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Navigate to References > Learning Activities > Withdraw Reason > Add a new Withdraw Reason

2. Also Make sure the Enable Withdraw Reason at the Class level is set to Yes

Global level setting for this is present under System Administration > Application Administration > Registration Settings

Once we add the Withdraw Reason and enable it at the Class level, the user from the user side, when withdrawing from the Class can select the Withdraw Reason for the Class.
