2319363 - Source list can be created in ME01 w/o plant-specific PIR

Symptom

  • You have a purchasing info record for a material-vendor combination in plant ’A’. When you create a source list in ME01 for the same material-vendor combination in plant ’B’, you expect error message 06 341 (Info record for vendor & and material & does not exist) to be raised, but it is not issued and the source list can be created.
  • When trying to create source list in ME01, if an Info record has not been created yet for the material and vendor, error 06341 "Info record for vendor & and material & does not exist" will display. Message 06341 is a hard-coded error in this case. It cannot be bypassed by changing emssage category in the configuration.
