2319510 - Can't Find Trend Element Blocks in Configure People Profile

The Trend Elements (e.g. Performance, Potential, Objective) do not appear when trying to add them as Background Elements in the People Profile.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile

1. Go to Admin Center > Employee Files > Configure People Profile.
2. Under Custom Blocks in the list from Available Blocks, drag the Live Profile Background Information block type to an available location.
3. Notice the Trend Elements do not appear in the list of available background elements.

The Trend Elements (e.g. Performance, Potential, Competency, Objective) will only be available in the “Live Profile Trend Information” block type, which is available under “Talent” in the list of available blocks.

Use the “Live Profile Trend Information” block type to add the Trend Element blocks:

1. Go to Admin Center > Employee Files > Configure People Profile.
2. Under Talent in the list from Available Blocks, drag the Live Profile Background Information block type to an available location.

1. Select any of the Trend Elements for the “Background Element” selection
2. Save
