Symptom

  • While attempting to retrieve the universes from SAP BusinessObjects Dashboards 4.1 the following error occurs after ~15 minutes
Request processing failed: Error Failure An error occurred while creating a subprocess in the processing server.
[RCIRAS0604] Internal error. Please contact your system administrator.[RCIRAS0604]
