After the upgrade is finished, the status of the Notes belong to HR packages or ST packages (SAP Solution Manager Tool) changes to "Obsolete Version Implemented".
We can see all the notes under Inconsistent node section in SNOTE.
When we click on it and open the note , we can see that the status of the note is "Obsolete Version Implemented"
