2319970 - Launching an Icontent content inline fails with error "the action you have requested could not be processed: invalid path (...) was requested"

Symptom

Users are unable to launch Icontent learnings and receive the error "the action you have requested could not be processed: invalid path (...) was requested"

Environment

LMS b1505 and higher

Reproducing the Issue

Launch online content that is hosted in icontent
The error is displayed

Resolution

In Admin> Content> Deployment Location: the Deployment Location's URL Prefix needs to start with "/learning/user/onlineaccess".
In the Content Object record (Admin> Content> Content Objects): the Filename needs to start with "/learning/user/onlineaccess".
