2320146 - Error Message "An unexpected error occurred processing this record" While Updating Parent Child Ticket Relationship Using Data Workbench Work Center

You have created a Custom OData service to update Parent Child Ticket Relationship using Data Workbench work center. It gives you the below error

 An unexpected error occurred processing this record

1. Go to Data Workbench work center
2. Select Import View
3. Select Import Data
4. Select the Custom Object
5. Select Next
6. Upload the template
7. Select Import

You have added the BusinessTransactionDocumentReference node or any other node directly in Custom OData service. So it was not linked to the ServiceRequest Root level, hence no such property was available in service.

You can use use Service Request proceeding and Follow-up Items of SAP standard service c4cdataworkbench from Data Workbench work center Import Tab for this purpose and provide Service Request ID and ServiceRequestExternalKey for linking the Parent-Child Relationship.
