2320257 - How to prevent use of passwords that contain previously used sequences of letters.

Symptom

Need to implement a security requirement for new passwords that the new Password must not contain a sequence of three(3) or more characters from the previous password.
Example - If the old password is 'Apr.2016' and new password is 'May.2016', it should be invalid because both contain ".2016"
