SAP Knowledge Base Article - PublicSymptom
Dashboard properties window is working properly. Property window is displaying, but it's not interactive. Cannot change or select any property for a component.
Environment
- SAP Dashboard 4.1
- SAP Dashboard 4.2
- Flash 21.x
Reproducing the Issue
- Open Dashboard designer.
- Insert any component.
- Try to change/update properties for that component
Cause
The issue is caused by new version of Flash Player.
Resolution
Downgrade Flash player to version 20.x
