2320675 - Report RSDU_REPART_UI to convert infocubles to flat infocubes not working on Windows OS

Symptom

You want to use flat InfoCubes on DB2 LUW (DB6). You use report RSDU_REPART_UI to convert existing InfoCubes to flat.
During the initialization step of the report you cannot schedule a background job for the InfoCube conversion. No further error message is displayed.
