2320802 - CRM IC: Latest customer interactions missing in Last Interactions view when displaying a confirmed account

Symptom

In a CRM Interaction Center business role, after you have confirmed an account, you observe that the view "Last Interactions" does not show all the latest interactions of the customer, even though they fulfill the criteria in the interaction history profile. This affects view "Last Interactions" in account identification (ICCMP_BT_IRHIST/LastInteractions).
