2321005 - Learning Hours Report tip when filtering on particular item(s)

When running the Learning Hours report on an item or group of items other results (that have no item ID) are included in the returned data output.

SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)

Remove the tickbox on the report filter 'Include External Events.'

This will ensure that only the desired item data is returned.
