2321089 - Goods receipt/goods issue with consignment in Material Ledger

• Perform a goods receipt (movement type 101) or goods issue (movement type 261) with consignment and there is no Material ledger document under the receipts folder.
• Performing a goods receipt (101) with consignment and the dynamic price release active. There is no price change document in the beginning inventory.
