2321351 - APD/RSCRM: After upgrade 1 million cell limit active again

When executing a query from transaction RSCRM_BAPI, creating an extract from transaction RSCRM_BAPI or building target groups from Segment Builder(CRM), the following errors are displayed.
These errors can also occur when running an APD, or a process chain containing an APD.

BRAINOLAPAPI 121 MDX result contains too many cells (more than 1 million)
RSCRM 027 Error while getting data (AXI); redesign query

The error BRAINOLAPAPI 121 and RSCRM 027 in this scenario refer to only million+ rows in the query result (and not the total number of cells).
