2321376 - Min/Max Java Heap Size settings should be the same starting from SMP 3.0 SP09 - clarification

Symptom

The normal guidance for SMP 3.0 Java min/max heap size as known in the field is 25%/50% respectively of available memory
In SMP 3.0 SP09 documentation, there is some indication that the min/max heap size should be the same, why is that (Need clarification)?
