2321440 - one time ship-to's address cannot be copied to other partner functions with same one time customer (CPD)

Symptom

When creating sales order in VA01, if ship-to party is a one time customer (CPD) and sold-to party is not a one time customer, system will issue pop-up ask you to input address for ship-to party. This address is not copied to other partner functions that are using the same one time customer as ship-to party so that the address pop-up is issued again for these partner functions. But if you use one time customer as sold-to party, the address inputted for sold-to party can be copied to other partner functions that are using the same one time customer as sold-to party so that the pop-up is issued only once.
