2321650 - Advanced Adapter Engine Self-test fails after upgrade

You have recently installed PI and performed the post-installation steps. You notice several errors in your system:

• When you open the Communication Channel Monitor you face the following error: "Communication channel data provider not registered for selected Adapter Engine"

• When you open the Adapter Engine Status you see the following error: "Engine status not registered for this PI"

• When you open the Component Monitor you can see the following error for the Central Adapter Engine Self-test: "Some components of the Advanced Adapter Engine are not available"

• You checked the std_server*.out files and noticed the following:
  "Startup mode [SAFE] and action [DEPLOY] read
  WARNING: The server process is in SAFE mode. No applications will be started"

• SAP enhancement package 1 for SAP NetWeaver 7.3
• SAP NetWeaver 7.4
• SAP NetWeaver 7.5
