Symptom
- SQL Anywhere tools crash if you mouse over to generate tooltip or click to expand tree view
- The crash happens when the tools are not placed on main display:
- That is, if the main display is connected to integrated graphics card or
- You have a 3rd monitor that's connected to ATI graphics card, but not set as main display
