2321833 - SQL Anywhere utilities crashes on tooltip/tree expand

• SQL Anywhere tools crash if you mouse over to generate tooltip or click to expand tree view
• The crash happens when the tools are not placed on main display:
  • That is, if the main display is connected to integrated graphics card or
  • You have a 3rd monitor that's connected to ATI graphics card, but not set as main display
