2321896 - Failed to create package file error after Exporting Transport Package

• You have exported Portal content into a transport package and receive an error such as the following:
• com.sapportals.portal.transport.app.TransportApplicationException: Export: Failed to create package file /usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/global/pcd/Export/<trans_pkg_name>.epa; could not move temporary file /usr/sap/<SID>/<Inst. No>/j2ee/temp/pcd/transport/EXPORT-1020_142010_345_5afa27959dd8c351/temp.epa
      at com.sapportals.portal.transport.app.ExportRunner.run(ExportRunner.java:406)
      at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:708)
• Export finished with errors: Export: Failed to create package file /usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/global/pcd/Export/<trans_pkg_name>.epa; could not move temporary file
• An error similar to the above may be observed when attempting to Import a transport package under Portal
