2321990 - Status profile maintenance impacts existing orders

Symptom

 Symptom Modification to user status Negative effects in existing documents
1 Assign a new status profile to an existing transaction type. You are not able to process status in the existing CRM documents created with this transaction type and the previous status profile.
2 Delete a user status in the user profile. You are not able to process status in the existing CRM documents that are currently set to this deleted user status.
3 Delete a user status in the user profile and create a new user status to replace it. You are not able to process status in the existing CRM documents that are currently set to this deleted user status.

After modifications above, the status show "BTStatus not bound" in existing orders on webui.

Change the order to EDIT mode but status field is not changeable. It is not possible to change the status anymore.
