2322335 - Full Access ORD role does not give access to tools

A user's role in Online Report Designer is Full Access, but all of the tools (Report Designer, Report Distributor, etc.) are restricted.

SuccessFactors Online Report Designer

"Full Access" is a standard role that was designed for Workforce Analytics.  It allows access to all measures, dimensions and structures therein.  The title does not refer to Report Designer or the other tools.

To allow access to reporting tools, assign the user to Report Creator or Report Admin.  For user admin rights, use Implementation Partner.
