Questionmark Account Setup required for LMS.

Previously, the link to the QuestionMark reporter was available under the "Reports" area of the LMS and QuestionMark configuration under System Admin.

This is no longer supported.

Customers will need to access that "reporter" area directly from QuestionMark.

QuestionMark exams will essentially be treated as any other third-party content by configuring content object settings accordingly in LMS.
