2323525 - Error Message 'Period not valid; org data for EmployeeAssignment exists from DD/MM/YYYY to DD/MM/YYYY' While Delimiting a Organizational Unit

When you are delimiting a Organizational Unit, system throws below error message:

Period not valid; org data for EmployeeAssignment exists from  DD/MM/YYYY to DD/MM/YYYY

1. Go to Organizational Management work center
2. Select any Organizational Unit
3. Go to General tab
4. Add Valid To date as DD/MM/YYYY

If you are trying to end the validity of an Org Unit the error message is valid. There must be an Employee assigned to the Org Unit with validity DD/MM/YYYY to Unlimited.

To delimit the Org Unit you have to set the Valid To date of the employee in Employees tab of the respective Org Unit.
