2323831 - "You entered an invalid admin ID or password. Please try again." - Navigating from HCM to Learning Administration

Validation Error is thrown while navigating from BizX's Admin Center to Learning Administration.

Prerequisite: Learning administration access permission has been provided in Role Based Permission.

1. While navigating to Learning Administration, the following error is presented:

Validation Error
You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:

• You entered an invalid admin ID or password. Please try again.

There is no Learning Administration account with the same ID as the HCM User ID or the Related User on the Learning Administration record is not set up.

A Learning Administrator account must be created manually, the accounts are not automatically created by providing Learning Administrator Access role.

Note: Best practice is to create the Learning Administrator ID with the same User ID in HCM and not username. After the Learning Admin is created, make sure to also set the Related User field to the Learning User account if the admin should have one.
