If a customer wishes to use job boards to distribute job postings, Recruiting Marketing requires a minimum number of data fields to create job feeds.
The SuccessFactors Media team can moderately customize feeds using basic mapping. The information passed is what is captured from the customer's ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Naming conventions of the fields can be customized to match the customer's schema.
