2324131 - Error Message 'Service call failed, report an case' While Migrating Leads

Symptom

When you are migrating Leads, system throws below error message:

Service call failed, report an case

Environment

Cloud For Customers.

Reproducing the Issue

1. Go to Business Configuration work center.
2. Select Implementation Projects view or Overview.
3. Search and Open the migration activity Migration of Leads.
4. Execute Migration for the respective Migration File.

Cause

The cause for this issue is that you are creating a Lead with wrong Status. When creating a Lead, the Status should not be Rejected, Accepted or Converted.

Resolution

You need to create a Lead with the Initial Status which is defined in the Business Configuration work center. You can leave the field Status empty or you can fill it as 01. You may perform a conversion in the UI.
