2324286 - After Byte Code Adapter Installation SAP Netweaver 7.5 Java fails to start


After performing the activity Byte Code Adapter Installation for a SAP Netweaver 7.5, system is unable to start. The dev_server* shows the error:

F  [Thr 07] *** LOG => exiting (exitcode -1501, retcode 2).
M  [Thr 07] CCMS: CCMS Monitoring Cleanup finished successfully.

The std_server* shows the error:

Loading [LockingManager]... [74] ms
Loading [ConfigurationManager]... ERROR: Server process failed to start due to:
java.lang.VerifyError: StackMapTable error: bad offset, code_data[offset] is 0

The defaultTrace.trc of the affected system shows the following error message:

Cannot process an HTTP request to servlet [HttpMessageServlet] in [igwhttp] web application.
[EXCEPTION] Web Container cannot put into service the following class [].The error is [Exception while calling getServlet(HttpMessageServlet). java.lang.ClassFormatError: Illegal local variable table start_pc 124
in method org.apache.camel.http.common.CamelServlet.service(Ljavax/servlet/http/HttpServletRequest;Ljavax/servlet/http/HttpServletResponse
